This site describes what Solvere does. It is information, not an offer, and nothing on it forms a contract.
how work is agreed
Every project runs on a written agreement covering scope, price, schedule, and ownership. Where that agreement and this page disagree, the agreement wins.
ownership of delivered work
Unless the project agreement says otherwise, the client owns the code written for them once it has been paid for. Solvere keeps the right to reuse its own general-purpose tooling and to describe the work publicly, subject to whatever confidentiality the agreement sets.
this site's content
Text, marks, and case descriptions on this site belong to Solvere or its clients. Project descriptions are published with permission. The site is provided as it is, with no guarantee that every detail stays current.
liability
Solvere is not liable for decisions made on the basis of this site alone. Liability for delivered work is limited by the project agreement.
